Do I need to get audit from the CA who has his own firm or can I get any audit from any CA who is working in a Private Company?

All the qualified chartered accountants cannot do the tax audit.
Chartered Accountants who are working in a company or cannot do it.
Only CAs who are holding certificate of practice(COP) can do the tax audit.

Any practicing Chartered Accountant with a valid Certificate of Practice (COP) can conduct a tax audit.
