Registration on MCA V2

Hi everyone, I am trying to fill the IEPF 5 form for recovery of shares and dividends. However, the IEPF 5 form is still under upgrade from v2 to v3. So I have to get a v2 login to fill the form, Home>MCA Services>Investor Services> IEPF5. As @Aswath pointed out here that the user id should be the PAN I tried that for the V2 login. However, it says

On some bad advice, I updated the registered user account into a business user(Manager/Secretary/Authorized Representative), is the username different for such cases? Is there any other way I can fill the form?

Business user account worked to login to IEPF 5.

Yes, but how so I get the user id? PAN does not work.

Okay, it seems something is broken from their side. So when I contacted them via this form, they created me a new id. Thanks anyway!
