Can any one answer my quarry please : - I hold RIL 100 shares in case of Jio IPO this year can i get Reliance Jio shares ? Incase of Demerger of Reliance industries share .

Whether IPO is happening this year or not is not sure. What would be modalities of IPO / demerger etc. is not firm either.
So at this point no one can answer you query, except maybe Ambanis
