I’ve been facing a repeated issue while trying to invest in mutual funds on Coin. Each time I reach the payment page, the system shows an error: “Failed to process request.”
Steps tried so far:
- Attempted payment through multiple modes: UPI and Net Banking.
- Tried at different times of the day and on different days.
- Verified that my internet and system are working fine (no issues on other sites).
Despite this, the problem persists, making it impossible to complete any investment. Please look into this or let me know if there’s a known issue or workaround.
