@nithin @siva @Arockiya_Raja Sir, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the addition of some features to the chart. The current chart is quite useful, but with these added features, it could be even more beneficial.
If Zerodha offers this, no one would even consider other brokers. It would be truly amazing.
Making it on the Kite main page is feasible rather than a popout chart.
- Sticky pins: Already available.
- Watchlist at least 10: MarketWatch revamp is in WIP status. This will be addressed in that.
- Marketwatch Hide buttons: This will be addressed with the Marketwatch revamp.
- Tradefrom chart: yes, this will be added.
- Watchlist, orders, position, holding, bids, funds: You probably want to refer to other pages without closing charts. This is on our to-do.
Dear sir,
Hope you are doing well.
I would request the addition of below features to the chart (additional to the above listed by you and requested by @User786 ) which will also be beneficial / useful to the users.
- one default single watch list tab with all the pre-listed FnO stocks/NSE (similar to nuvama wealth)
or
Increase the allowed number of scripts per watch list tab from 100 to 200 (at least for one tab out of the 10 tabs to be able to list all the FnO stocks manually).
-
Allow to import the csv files to watchlist
-
live position line with order size and PnL (similar to Dhan or angle one) on live chart as below
please consider the request.
Thank you.
Sir, Thank you for your valuable reply. I would like to reiterate that some platforms currently provide these features under terminal/trading view login. If Zerodha could incorporate these features into the popout chart, it would eliminate the need for a trading view login.
Additionally, if Zerodha could include a watchlist in the popout chart, we would be able to easily switch from one chart to another and track the prices of multiple instruments. Furthermore, if Zerodha could provide a orders, position, holding, and fund section in the popout chart, we could manage these aspects without having to switch back to the main Kite page.
However, some platforms make popout charts similar to tradingviwe.comm If Zerodha could implement this feature, it would be the best solution for users.
Hello @Arockiya_Raja ,
I agree that TFC is needed, and I support its implementation. However, I don’t prefer the main page to resemble TradingView. I like the old format for Orders, Positions, and Holdings. TradingView’s account manager is complicated and not very user-friendly. Zerodha’s current layout for Orders, Holdings, and Positions is much simpler and easier to understand. This simplicity is especially helpful when managing multiple positions or holdings, as it provides all the necessary information in one view.
Therefore, I request Zerodha to maintain this current design and focus on implementing these features within pop-out charts. If these changes are incorporated into the main page without altering the current style, that would be ideal
I got your point. Feedback has been noted.
