Hi All, I came across articles today about how RIL prevented Amazon from having stakes as part of deal by acquiring the assets of Future Group instead of buying the stakes in it. That makes me wonder how would Future Group benefit from it?
I mean RIL will just buy the assets on move on, right? How would Future Group shares promise future growth in that case? I can see that they will get one time money but they are in a way shutting their shops buy selling the assets?
Please share your thoughts and enlighten me.
