Rising MACD Histogram entry level

Hi,
I would like to develop a strategy on basis of MACD Histogram,
Conditions are as below:-

  1. 1hr candle low must be lower than 5sma
  2. Same 1hr candle must be green.
  3. MACD Histogram must be rising i.e. Histo must be green and rising despite of negative or positive areas
