Last week, my Short ITM Put has resulted in the exercise of option and today, the shares are shown in holdings tab. Do I have to wait for 2 days for them to get settled or can I sell them tomorrow, i.e. wednesday?
If it has shown up in your holding tab and it’s not showing any T1 date, you can sell it.

The shares have already been credited to your demat account. As the shares received from the physical settlement will show in holdings only once they are credited to the demat account. You can sell them anytime you wish to.
