Why doesn’t saved drawing template ever load in Kite-TradingView? I tried different browsers and different machines. It just shows loading animation all the time.

This is everyday’s problem. I don’t know why, whenever i save some trendlyne, H lines, sometimes not save sometimes save but when i login my account next day, everything refreshed i can find my save drawings.

yes. this problem has been present forever i.e saved templates are never actually saved.
Raised tickets and the support personnel simply didnt understand and they just go copy pasting browser settings, this and that -etc.
Even when showed tradingview (i.e tradingview.com) templates on the same browser side by side didnt solve the problem.
Could you please check once if the layouts and templates are saved and loaded as mentioned in this article?
Also, if you have saved the layouts using the save option available on the right side, these layouts are saved in the local memory. If you are clearing the browser cache, switching to a different browser or a device, or logging in to Kite with a different login in the same browser, will result in the deletion of the layouts. You can also click on Save as default layout. The settings saved as default layout can be accessed by opening the chart on any device as it is saved in the cloud.

Unfortunately, it didn’t work.
Drawing templates get saved using the save option and is available immediately after saving. But, after using all available “save” options (drawing template save, chart template save, default template save), if the page is refreshed or a new window is opened, the “loading” animation is displayed.

I believe there is some confusion between the indicator template and the drawing template. The indicator template is functioning properly, but the drawing template does not work when the page is refreshed. We will look into it.
Thanks for understanding the issue. The topic was initially started with the issue with Drawing templates but somehow it got deviated. Hope the issue gets fixed soon. Thanks!
