I use a drawing such as Fib Retracement and make some changes to its settings(ex. style settings - change Fib levels/color, etc) and save the template with a name (Ex. FibShortTerm). Next time when I use Fib Retracement for another/same stock, and try to load saved templates, it never shows the saved template. Is this a bug? This works perfectly fine in TradingView site - I can draw the Fib Retracement and then select previously saved template to apply all those saved settings.
@ashtek Hi, Fib Retracement is a drawing tool, and saved settings apply only to the specific scrip. Saved templates for drawings like Fib Retracement won’t carry over to other scrips.
Thanks @nithin_kumrr . Saved templates/settings are available for all scrips in TradingView app which is quite useful.
