Ex: Axisbank (equity)
I want to use Rs.20 lakh (will use Bracket order - Rs.1 lakh in my account will give me margin upto 20lakh) for scalping axisbank with an target of Rs.1 for each order usually. Consider that i will place 20 such orders in a day. Then my market turnover for that stock crosses crores on that day.
I want to know whether i am breaking any law over here? Will it cause any problem to me legally?
(Note:I am a retail trader)
PS: It may or may not be a good trading style. Let us ignore liquidity for a moment. Please answer it from the legal viewpoint.
