Is there any way to see the chart of scanner alert immediately , while the scanner was busy with priming.

NO, but even if scanner is busy you can able to trade.
- if your list in scanner is too long than add all stock in market watch. once you found that you have to take position quickly while scanner is busy than go to mw and select that stock and hint Shift+c for chart.
