Screening stocks for swing trading - Expert opinion needed

Can anyone from the seasoned trader community can suggest a screener from http://chartink.com which screening stocks for SHORT TERM SWING TRADING?

I am looking for a target of 10% or SL of 5%. Please advice the following;

  1. Selection of stocks
    2.When to enter and exit

I am looking for a 10% average monthly return of my capital.

I monitor the breakouts for a few days after they are listed & enter with a SL at 2% for a target of upto 5-8% as Swing trades

i want to ask that can i be able to create such a screener that which can identify the stocks which are about to breakout, means which are near breakout, so that i can pick them up in the beginning of the stocks journey.
can such screener be created in chartink or any other website. if yes, can you provide me with the scanner if you know.

Can you tell me than when (what time) you enter in to the stock? Why?

I track the stocks in the above screeners and enter them after watching their movements for a few days. This gives me time to check if they are news driven breakouts or genuine ones. You can create your own custom screeners if you are following any technical indicators like RSI crossing a level which you consider as a breakout

Plot midpoint of previous month.
Plot open of current month.
If market above both buy, below both sell, in between don’t trade. Simple. Check the results and let me know feedback.
