SEBI may soon allow investors to trade directly on the exchanges

The Securities and Exchange Board of India is reportedly considering allowing Direct Market Access (DMA) to retail investors.

How its possible to trade without brokers, who will do clearing on clients behalf.??

I guess, SEBI might allow, clients to trade through brokers, and additionally, also trade directly with the exchange through DMA.

Brokers/Technology Compànies might changeover and sell broker neutral/DMA compliant trading apps and services, if this happens.
