As they say - It’s better late than never. Seems like the regulator may now be getting serious about celebrity endorsement of crypto which is extremely rampant on Social media, TV and newspapers.
Nothing seems official yet but looks like we may finally stop seeing celebs blindly misleading ppl to buy crypto via ads or even if we do it may come with lot of disclaimers and penalties.
