SEBI substantial Share acquisition Rule

Does anyone knows above what % if one Individual buys, the Substantial share disclosure becomes mandatory to SEBI?

I did a bit or research, i found out it was 2% or more.

I found a blog post which explains SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations in detail -

Also, according to a SEBI circular, a listed company will have to publically disclose shareholders name when their holdings become more than 1% -

Names of the shareholders holding 1% or more than 1% of shares of listed entity is to be disclosed.

A recent example of this rule creating news was when HDFC disclosed that China’s central bank holdings in HDFC had crossed 1% mark during the March 2020 quarter -
