I hold sufficient shares (more than a few FNO lots) in a company in my Zerodha account. How can I sell options or futures of that company keeping my holding as hedge. How does it work and would it be profitable trade and does the hedge work in case if a loss by price fall? Is it a covered call?
What would be the margins? Whether it will be treated as a hedged sell or a naked sell?
