Here’s some interesting piece of data for all of us to discuss about :

In 21 Years, 17 years have been in green and 4 years gave negative returns.

Negative returns above 10% are 3 times out of 4 times.

Positive returns above 15% p.a are 11 times out of 17 times.

Super positive returns above 25% are 8 times out of 17 times.

God, what happened in 2003 to take up the index 72%. From what I remember this was the beginning of the Post 9/11, Post Dot Com world, and Iraq War was underway. Markets are all about Volalitily I guess.
