Sensibull app lag + option chain on kite

Sensibull app is always lagging. PFA SS

At 9.17 am the app still not having live time data that too when checked on option chain in Kite app it don’t show live data. It takes more than 5~10min to go live data
Popup appears until the app gets into live data

OI is refreshed only once in 3 minutes by the exchange. So our first reliable tick should happen with the first tick by exchange. I will get this investigated nonetheless to rule out anything at our end

Some tips you could try until there’s a fix:

1. Open the app page anew (go back a page and open the OI page)
2. Close the app (even from background) and open it again, but after market opens

I’m guessing if you open the app prior to market open, the code sees the websocket not providing any data and then there might be some exponential backoff timer that prevents it from checking too often/soon.

I always open the app after market starts at 9.15 sometimes I open after 9.20 & that I have tried this what u told me then only i have posted.

Delayed data till 3.30pm? Also I observed that option chain for few stocks6on kite app gets delayed updated after 4m whereas exchanges updates 3m
