Serious issue with Kite

We are all facing serious issue with Kite wherein it just doesn’t refresh & doesn’t modify order. This has already been addressed to the support team many days back but with no resolution as yet.

It typically comes with ‘Nothing here’ on orderbook. Zerodha keeps telling that you should logout/login but this is not solution.

Pls take this matter seriously & ensure Kite server is scalable to handle the client load.
