If I miss to subscribe for upcoming SGB’s Series II September 11-15 2023-24 in the primary market, when will it be available in secondary market?

It should be available for trading on the exchanges in 15-20 days once the issue closes. However, liquidity in the secondary market is very low for SGBs, you don’t have to worry about this in the primary market.
