Say one has % brokerage tariff on both buy and sell side, unlike flat brokerage per transaction. So in profit-loss or turnover calculation for intradey/delivery trades in all segments whether brokerage will be added to/subtracted from actual buy/sell value respectively?

For Daily TURNOVER calculation brokerage and other charges not taken into account.
For Daily Net Profit/Loss all charges including brokerage are deducted.
