Should I cancel a sip to invest in other mutual fund

I have invested in Nippon large cap fund regular fund 3 yersa ago of 1000 rs sip each month ,currently investment amount is 36000 and market value is 50000 , since it is not performing well in past year ,and also I want to switch from regular to direct ,should I redeem Nippon large cap and invest in better fund such as axis bluechip or I should wait

Doing so ,will it affect the compound growth if I redeem and again invest the the redeemed amount in other fund.

@Anurag_Raut Yes, your compound growth will be affected. As you said the SIP is not performing well and you wish to shift, you can go for investing in another mutual fund. But as per my opinion, you can wait for some time more and then shift.
