This is what I see.

DP Name: Zerodha Broking Limited
Beneficiary No/Beneficiary A/C no: Is it 8-digit BO ID or 16-digit Demat ID?
You need to enter the 16 Digit Demat ID in the beneficiary A/C No. field.
@ Others - Pls correct me if my understanding is wrong.
The DP ID field will be grayed out when you select CDSL. You need the enter a 16-digit demat ID in the “Beneficiary A/C no” filed. You can get the demat ID by following the steps given here.
