No, stocks bought today(31st jan) cannot be sold tomorrow since 1st feb is settlement holiday. You can sell on monday.

Settlement of Friday 31-01-2020 and Saturday 01-02-2020 will be on Tuesday 04-02-2020. Thus, it is advised to avoid BTST (Buy Today Sell Tomorrow) between these days to avoid any Auction Settlements.

equity stocks are settled in T+2 days. any stocks purchased on friday/saturday will settle on tuesday. on settlement holiday, previous day purchased stock cannot be sold.
