Can you kindly let know which broker has bracket order facility which is executed as 1 single order since it would be easy to modify stop loss and take profits

Trade may be split into multiple trades but stop loss and profit taking order will be kept as single order in the order book as pending.you can Modify it any time …
The execution still can happen in multiple orders but only if you want to modify sl one can do at once for all legs.
