Does anyone know whether the new HNI rules (split in two sections and selection done by random pick in case of over-subscription) is applicable to SME IPO as well? Tried searching it myself but getting confusing conclusions (some say yes and others say no)
thanks
@sbhagwat - You can try looking at the Basis of allotment document of other SME IPOs to find out the answer. For example - Annapurna Swadisht IPO Basis of Allotment Status

@ShubhS9 are SME IPO rules for HNI same as mainboard IPO? for example: I guess there is no S-HNI and B-HNI in SME IPO. So, any application above Rs. 2 Lakh, be it 10 Lakh or 15 Lakh, if oversubscribed, will get only Rs. 2 Lakh worth of shares or on proportionate basis?
