Some of my MF units are not displayed in CAMS consolidated statement

Funds from Invesco and Principal Emerging are not listed in CAMS consolidated statement. Can any one please explain is it expected if we invest through coin.

Both are with Karvy - https://www.karvymfs.com/karvy/Investorservices/InvLogin.aspx

They all fall under one of these 4 categories -

  1. Computer Age Management Services(CAMS) Ltd: Registrar for HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Birla, DSP BlackRock, and others
  2. Karvy Computershare Ltd: Registrar for fund houses such as Reliance, UTI, Principal, LIC, TATA, and others
  3. Franklin Templeton International Services (India) Pvt. Ltd: The in-house RTA for Franklin Templeton Mutual Funds
  4. Sundaram PNB Paribas: Registrar for Sundaram and BNP Paribas Mutual Funds

PLEASE NOTE YOUR DEMAT MUTUAL FUNDS SHOULD BE DISPLAYED IN YOUR CAMS STATEMENT. ALL YOUR MUTUAL FUND INVESTMENT SHOULD APPEAR IN CAMS STATEMENT AND IN MFCENTRAL.

And it is NOT Zerodha Coin that is at fault. Zerodha Coin is sending correct data. The fault occurs while data is captured by the fund house or registrar.

I faced the same issue some of my MF investments I made from Coin did not show in CAMS statement and were also not visible in MFCentral.

The issue : some funds had captured my mobile number in phone field and others in mobile number field. I emailed CAMS and KFintech to update the same number in both the fields.

They don’t do it in one try, be persistent.

I am facing same issue. Can you please provide more details on what needs to be updated.
I can see that mobile number is set correctly for all folios.
For me the issue is for CAMs demat folios only and Karvy folios are reflecting correctly on MFCentral.

Looks like the issue still persist, I am holding couple of mutual funds in Coin. But what I observed, Email ID and mobile number both are missing in the folio maintained by AMC (CAMS only). And there is no solution

@atanud Hi, discrepancies on AMC’s website may occur as contact details aren’t always updated with the RTA for investments held in Demat form. However, this shouldn’t be a concern, as the units are held in demat mode. Your details are accurately recorded at the depository end (CDSL).

Further, yu can verify all your MF investments by downloading the statement of holdings (SOH) from the CDSL. What is the Statement Of Holdings (SOH)?
