So I am a citizen of India, and was thinking of getting St Kitts passport by investment so i can trade foreign F&O but i’ll continue to reside in India so get OCI status.
One problem is OCI FAQ by MEA says I’d be subject to Civil & Criminal Laws of India for the duration of staying in India so would F&O trading be legal for me being OCI and residing in India? https://www.mea.gov.in/images/pdf/oci-faq.pdf
