Startegy using RSI + BB + MACD

Can you plz create this sell startegy for me with the below conditions:

  1. RSI value must be lower than 70 on chart.

  2. close should happen below the low line of Bollinger Band.

  3. finally, MACD line should be lower than MACD Signal
