When I am clicking submit it is raising error “Please Select Entity Identifier”.
If I select NA then transaction status is showing as “Active link between seller and buyer BO does not exists”.
Please help what to do.

Hello, While submitting fractional unit redemption request as per this process I am getting an error active link between buyer and seller BO doesnt exist. Created ticket # 20240619395242 for the assistance with same. Please help. Regards

I paid the stamp duty 2 days ago. However, after clicking on ‘Balance Inquiry’, I am told ‘No Records Found’. The same is the case when I click on ‘Payment Status Inquiry’.

I am assuming this is the problem because of which I am able to ‘Verify’ and save the transaction, but not ‘Submit’ it. 1) Am i correct in this assumption? 2) Is there a reason why the stamp duty balance is responded to with ‘No Records Found’?
