Stochastic rsi not working

Dear Streak

I am trying to create stochastic RSI scanner when the

  1. 5 min candle value equal to hundred
  2. 5 min candle value higher then 70 and previous candle stch RSI value is below 30

used the above values with 5-10-15 min candle time but failed to get results in live scanner… please check where i am wrong ?

Please forgot 1st strategy stch RSI = 100 , written by mistake.

2nd one is live in my account with 5-10-15 min timeframe but no signal recd in whole day in any scanner…
