You should consider the future positions NRML margin. Reliance Future requires 120000 as NRML margin, 1.5x means it is 180000. As 50% of the contract value is 8 lacks, 50% of it is 4 lacks.
so 180000 will be blocked for the short option too (as whichever is lower).
