Saw this video from the Berkshire AGM and found Buffett’s answer very clear and relatable.
Someone asked him why he doesn’t invest more in property even with all the global uncertainty and high interest rates. He said real estate is just harder too many people involved, deals take forever, and even after signing, there’s more back and forth. Stocks are faster and cleaner. You can do a deal in seconds, and it’s done. He also said there are more chances to find good deals in the stock market, especially in the US.
Found this platform today, would like to kno what others think. Does stocks still make more sense or real estate is better in India?
