Stocks with tax after a year and any amount limit to pay as tax

If take an example there is an X person holding stocks for more than 30L and he left for long term. And luckily it reached and lumsum amount ex 60L. And he was holding those stocks more than a year. And after few years. He thought to sell all at one go. And he got 60 Lakhs. Do he need to pay tax or either the number of amount if the share reached more than a year there is nothing to pay ?

AFTER 12 months its long term so no tax so safer side hold shares for 375 days 1 year 10 day and no tax will levied by IT department same works for mutual funds except Debt funds

But be sure to report on your IT filing
