If I take a short straddle and place SL only for CE and I want PE to get squared off immediately on the SL being hit on Call option(in short, when one leg gets hit by SL, then I want position to be closed), then is there any way I can do that?
Not possible for now, but you can use sentinel to get alert when combined premiums comes to a certain level and can act on it. Check this.
Now that sentinel is stopped , is there any other way to get an alert for combined premium?
For e.g. if CE+PE becomes 300.

I have used sensibull (free one) as of now to setup the alert option of PnL.
