Strange issue in TV 2.0 charts not loading

Today i switched from ChartIQ to TV 2.0 charts in browser

After using whole in multi chart view, after closing the tabs when i tried to open again, not chart is loading.

Both pop-out chart is not loading and single chart in kite main page is not loading.
I cleared browser cookie history everything and also tried from Incognito mode but nothing is making chart work.

When i change to ChartIQ it is working but again changed to TV 2.0 and it is not working. Only 3 dots appear as if it is loading and then its blank. I get Error fetching data in small alert box.

since I had multi chart, i have to click ok 8 times OK button until error goes away.

How to reset this?

No reso;ve yet, apparently it is looking for a default layout that it is not able to find. this seems to be a major issue.

Can you DM your client ID? We need to check if it is a new, unknown issue. You can use Chartiq or TV v1 for the time being.
