Strategy to create on Breakout of Highest High of Last 5 Candles

Can you please help in creating strategy on below conditions on Options Charts:

Entry Conditions:
If CMP crosses above highest high of previous 5 candles on ATM Strike Price I want to take entry

Stoploss:
If CMP crosses below Lowest Low of previous 5 candles on ATM strike price I want to exit from the trade
Or
25 points from entry price

Target:
200 Points from Entry Price
