Streak does not trigger stoploss order cancellation

Hi,

Why streak issues a buy order before cancelling the Stoploss market order.
If the user does not have sufficeint funds then, the buy order will get rejected.

Fund calculation is a dynamic activity, if you don’t have sufficient funds to place an SL-M order and to place an exit order, then either don’t place an SL-M order, just place SL when it triggers, or manually cancel SL-M first before placing exit order.
Why cancel SL-M is not sent first before the exit, its due to the following reasons:

  1. If the Exit order is not placed or executed first and a cancel SL-M alert was to be sent before that, then the position becomes un-protected from any reverse moves.
  2. Even if Exit is placed but if it a limit order, and if the order is not fully executed if cancel SL-M alert was sent before and canceled then again there is no protection for the downside.
