Streak Scanner setup help needed

Hello,

I would like to use streak scanner based on the following indicators:-

  1. Bollinger Bands(20,2,ma,y)
  2. SuperTrend(7,3)
  3. Stochastic(14,n,3,3)
  4. MACD(12,26,9)

I am having a hard time setting it up on streak,
I am getting invalid scan error,
can someone help please ?
