Done Siva sir
Me ticket what please you tell me
For last 3 days Iām noticing thereās no restriction on strikes (at least in nifty). Have you guys solved this issue? Has the movement to Orbis worked out?
I believe you got a call from us.
We dināt do anything, people started moving to orbis but will take a month or 2 to see some effect.
@siva-reddy
The situation has been lot better from last week. There were no restriction in Nifty, & situation was good in BN as well. I hope this is permanent & situation wont go bad again anytime sooner.
What about position limits on institutions , will they lift from end of this month too .
We also wish so but as you know nothing is in our hands for now.
Yeah, as of now 24th september is last date if they donāt extend again.
If situation remains good, I will publicly post thank you messages from all of my 11 accounts.
Yes Siva sir I got a call but was busy somewhere please arrange the call for tomorrow.
You can put the same in the same ticket and reply by giving your convenient time.
Yes Siva sir, maybe the mapping is done, I was able to do fund trasfer right now. Thanx for the help sir.

They did it again, till oct month end.
I put buy orders today and guess what those are got rejected.
Buy order - 12300CE and 11300PE - 150 qty each. But trading range is only 11500 TO 12150 CE & PE.
If i put same order in morning, will those accepted? Does it have daily quota which got exhausted?
If i sell 11100PE and 12350CE first and then hedge with buy order of 12300CE and 11300PE strikes. Will it allowed to buy?
Yes, if you have taken Short position you can take Long position outside allowed range to the extent of quantity you have shorted.
Thanks Shubh for quick turn around. if you can answer below question also, it would be helpful.

Ranges are dynamic, close to spot we allow, as spot keeps moving hence the strikes, that is the reason, no quota as such.
Will I be able to buy an option outside the allowed strike range, only if I have sold an option ? Or is it applicable even to futures ?
For example, will I be able to buy 10500 PE - Nifty, only if I sell Put Option of any strike price of Nifty or does the benefit extend even to cases, where I have a Future (Long) in Nifty ?
