All shares eligible for buyback needs to be unpledged in Zerodha to be eligible for buyback.
My suggestion to Zerodha: Please send us the reminder email at least 5 days in advance of record-date. For my L&T shares I received reminder email yesterday and that too AFTER 5 PM. I understand I still had time to unpledge but its too close.
