Recently I have been temporarily trading with Sharekhan who have support facility in WhatsApp so u can ping them and they will respond. Which is extremely helpful, easy and right at my fingertips. Can Zerodha integrate it’s support portal with WhatsApp or directly on kite?
Almost all queries about trading at Zerodha and markets, in general, have been covered on the support portal, Tradingqna and Z-connect. Chat as a support channel especially for a broker where every second counts and money is involved doesn’t make sense. The default impulse for people is to pick up a phone.

sharekhan directly doesn’t connect with traders, it’s their RM ( relationship managers ), who handle a bunch of traders distributed in them via whatsapp, to reduce the query the expenses they need to run their phone lines when BNP Paribas started operating it, (main difference between traditional broker and discount broker).
No they directly connect to WhatsApp. I have been using it. It’s not my RM that I ping.
bro, i trade from both of my accounts, on whatsapp from Sharekhan, i am regularly updated all of their report and services also sometimes she calls, also my RM helds a query related session on weekends.

Who told RM doesn’t fulfill your query? All I am saying is there is also these numbers for support. As you said that Sharekhan doesn’t directly connect with traders this is the proof that they do.
if you are an old client of sharekhan, you must be knowing that RM were not given single line for conversation, but multiple. and the whatsapp they use are business whatsapp not personal, so can’t they change those line to whatsapp, as business whatsapp doesn’t need a mobile no they can be verified from landlines.
