And I want to know that the amount I am investing will be debited from where
I mean,
From zerodha funds only
Or, from my bank A/c…
Anyone answer me…

I think, debited from Zerodha and credited to bank account.

If investing through the primary issue via Coin, then 0.06% + 18% GST is the applicable charge.
