Tata Capital NCD not available on HDFC Bank IPO application portal

I am trying to apply for Tata Capital Financial Services NCD using HDFC Bank netbanking, but I cannot see any NCD option. I can only see equity IPOs, as per the attached screenshot. I have applied for IPOs in the past using this portal.
Anyone else facing the same issue? Is there an alternate online way of applying for this NCD? I do not have any other bank account.

You can also apply from NSE website via E Form.

There is no IPO debt option. Inside the ‘IPO’ tab the same 4 equity IPOs are visible.

If your bank portal isn’t showing the issues, then you can visit your nearest bank branch.
