i have done a intraday trade in Silver bees on every day, i am planed to show that a a business income in ITR, now i am confused that is it a speculative or non-speculative

Since Silver Bees is an ETF traded like a share,intraday trades are treated as speculative income under the Income Tax Act (Sec 43(5)).

Intraday trading income in case of Silver ETF is treated as business income and it would be classified as Speculative business income.
