Hi guys, I am Lakshay Saroha ,and I am getting more than normal taxes on the intraday trades i do, from the month of feb to april I have gotten 11lakh plus in form of charges. Can anyone help in this as to why i am getting so much charges , i do op buying in bn and nifty mostly with heavy qty but then also these are extraordinary charges levied on my account.

Check statement, daily breakdown of charges. It happened to also. In my case I was executed multiple orders. For ex I buy 100 shares at once, and then sell it in multiple orders with very little profit difference. Charges are for per executed trade.
It might be possible that you are executing too many trades with very little profit in each one

Your charges may be higher than your expectations as there’s brokerage, taxes and transaction charges and they all add up. In any case do a review of some of your trades atleast and see if there’s a pattern.
