TBQ, TSQ Demond & supply

we watch in market depth TBQ & TSQ and volume, If 5 persone place order for 100 each for bye it will show TBQ=500. am I correct? If one of them place order with disc. quantity as 10. what will show

TBQ=410 or TBQ=500?

If it is 410 then not importance to demand and supply.

TBQ would be 410. Only disclosed quantity gets included in TBQ/TSQ.
