What will happen if I don’t participate in the current take over of TCNS Clothing Co Ltd? Is there any risk involved If I don’t tender my shares?
There’s no risk other than the fact that the open offer is at a higher price than the cmp. You can simply tender your shares and buy back from the open market using the proceeds.

Last date to Buy for open offer participation is 22 August 2023 if your broker accepts bids on offer closing date till 3.30 pm otherwise better to buy by 21 August 2023. …after open offer on completion of some regulatory formalities by co , all left over shares in the hands of non promoters will Merge with Aditya birla fashions and retails ltd .

If I tender 10 shares for the takeover how much will be accepted? Is there any ratio?
i am expecting around 55 % Acceptance ratio …balance 45% odd left over shares can be sold as TCNS ( till merger ) or after merger as ABFRL .
in open offer there is no record date , no quota system hence no eligibility ratio but you have to work out based on promoters holding , % of offer size and expected shareholders not participating .
