TCS Buyback settlement process

Hi Team
I have applied for TCS buy back offer and it was accepted. I have received contract note also from zerodha. How many days it will take to credit the amount. Whether it will be credited to my bank account directly or Zerodha trading account.

The amount for shares accepted in the buyback will be credited to your primary bank account. Tentative date for credit is December 14. If any shares are unaccepted, they too will be credited back to your demat account by this date.

I have not received the buyback amount in my account till the date. What can I do to get the buyback amount?
